Key Responsibilities:-
1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:
• Identify potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research.
• Qualify leads to ensure they align with the company's target customer profile.
2. Client Engagement:
• Conduct initial meetings or presentations to understand the client's requirements and present relevant products or services.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
3. Product Knowledge:

• Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions.
4. Sales Strategy:
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to optimize the sales process.
5. Proposal and Contract Negotiation:
• Prepare and present proposals to clients, addressing their specific needs and showcasing the value of the company's offerings.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions in alignment with company policies.
6. Sales Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, including customer interactions, transactions, and follow-ups.
• Generate regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends.
7. Market Research:
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, potential partners, and emerging trends.
• Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams based on customer insights.
8. Customer Feedback and Support:
• Act as a liaison between the customer and internal teams, ensuring customer feedback is communicated and addressed appropriately.

Job description:
• Conceptualize, develop, implement, and monitor marketing and communications plans, programs, and spending, in support to achieve portfolio and product(s) objectives for the Company.

The Technology Consultant will help drive the growth of the Company’s business and grow the client pool. She/he will work close with senior management, project team, technology experts to develop a customized solution for the clients.
Key Responsibility:
· Capture client's business process and context precisely and concisely in short period of time.
· Analyse clients’ business and problems, conduct relevant research proactively to deepen understanding.
· Provide inputs on client needs and recommend solution options.
· Prepare viable solution for the client with strong sense of business case.
· Propose delivery approach for the technology solution considering priorities and dependencies.

Qualifications:

· Strong technical skills with proficiency in various software, systems, and programming languages.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Job Description:
• Designing and developing mobile applications such as developing the overall architecture of mobile applications, including both the front-end and back-end components.
• To work with a range of technologies, including Swift, Kotlin/Java, React/React Native, Prisma, Ionic, flutter, and other frameworks.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as designers and product managers to develop and launch mobile applications.
• Must have excellent communication skills and be able to work in a collaborative environment.
• To write clean code, maintainable, and scalable to optimize performance, identify and fix bugs, and write automated tests to ensure that the code is robust.
• To ensure that the applications are secure, and that user data is protected by following industry-standard security practices and implement appropriate security measures to protect sensitive data.
• Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in the field of mobile development and be proactive in learning new technologies and applying them to work.
• To have a strong foundation in computer science and be proficient in both front-end and back-end mobile development and must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable with working on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Must have experience in developing mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms.
Requirements
• At least 3 years of experience in developing web applications like WordPress sites for both browsers and mobile using PHP, JavaScript, CSS, and MySQL.
• To have experience in React.js and/or Next.js and Node.js.
• Excellent understanding of core backend technologies (PHP and Laravel and/or Node.js).
• Ability to investigate critical issues of the system, and to propose and implement the solution.
• Great team player, also have the ability to work independently with minimum supervision.

You'll promote Ocunapse, in the region in BFSI sector. Your role involves identifying and connecting with potential clients, successfully selling Ocunapse and our services, and expanding our market reach in Malaysia and Southeast Asia.
Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with customers.
• Convert your extensive network of C-level connections to Ocunapse Products and Services.
• Consistently achieve or surpass performance targets in enterprise software sales.
• Deliver compelling and articulate presentations in C-level engagements, creating impactful business proposals.
• Excel at meeting or exceeding goals for qualified monthly appointments, monthly deal forecasts, and annual revenue targets.
• Articulate persuasive value propositions around our products and services, effectively conveying their benefits to potential clients.
• Emphasize on clear team communication and collaboration to support collective success.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline to drive ongoing opportunities and successful outcomes.

Requirements:
